The Crazy Nuts, like any other vintage machine, has a very limited pay table, with only six symbols. To win, you must line up three identical symbols on one of the five paylines. The best way to win is to get three of the Crazy Nuts logo symbols on a payline, in which case you'll get 300x your line wager. The BAR symbol, which can pay 200x your line bet, offers the second-best rewards. 

A plum-looking symbol and an image of an almond biscuit and coconut (since it's a Coco -"nut") follow these two high earners, paying 100x and 80x your payline wager, respectively.
