been playing here for about 2 months after they launched, thought id give the new guy a shot the good stuff - they have a massive game selection which is nice, like 6000+ games or something crazy. actually found some slots i hadnt seen before which was cool. welcome bonus was decent too, got the 100% match plus those free spins. where it gets annoying though is the withdrawal limits. only 1500 per day max which is pretty low if you hit something big. minimum withdrawal is 30 euros instead of the usual 20 most places. verification took forever, had to submit documents like 3 times because they kept saying the lighting wasnt good enough or corners were cut off. once i finally got verified withdrawals were ok, took about 2 days which is average i guess. customer support is hit or miss, live chat is available 24/7 which is good but sometimes you wait in queue for awhile. when you do get someone they're usually helpful though. bonus terms are reasonable compared to other places, 20x wagering isnt terrible. but some payment methods like skrill and neteller are excluded from bonuses which sucks. games run smooth on mobile which is where i play most of the time. rtg and pragmatic stuff mostly which is fine. overall its not bad but nothing special either. being new they're still working out some kinks i think. would probably stick with more established places unless you're curious about trying something different.
