When this casino first opened I signed up and played with a no deposit bonus. I did well but couldn't make the playthrough. So a couple of days later I made a deposit, with a deposit bonus and I played even better the second time around. Still no restraint and I lost everything. Well I made a few more deposits here and there and I've done well on those deposits, I haven't had the opportunity to cash out as of yet. I've dealt with customer service and have had no problems in that department.

I've played here in the past, only because they offered some nice deposit bonus's. I wasn't very impressed with the level of customer service I received. I did make playthrough on a free chip only to find out that I would need to deposit before I could cashout because my last transaction was a freechip. There is a problem with this casino I am sorry to say. Their feature guarantees have the usual minimum balance requirements but they don't inform you of this at the start of the game nor do they have it set up like most others where a pop up window alerts you to your low balance and offers to let you attempt to trigger the feature.
