Special Features
Montezuma’s Revenge is a pretty nasty tummy bug that people might pick up when travelling overseas – generally South American Countries. Fortunately a tummy bug is not the theme of this game, and the real Montezuma was an Inca, hence the reason for the name, as well as the Aztec theme of this game. Reels are set into a backdrop of the untamed wild jungle of Central America, where tales of untold wealth have been told for centuries past.
Graphically this video slot is very pleasing to the eye and features illustrated icons such as an eagle, Aztec lady, Incan pyramid, mask, wheel feature, headdress, chieftain, and a dragon icon. All other icons are Ace, King, Queen and Jack. The Wild icon is the rendition of a pyramid, while the wheel triggers the feature game. Ambient sounds are entertaining, and not too over the top, with birds chirping in the background it is hardly likely that any player would want to turn them off. Being a wild symbol the pyramid substitutes for all other icons, barring the wheel.
Bonus Features
As far as bonus features go, this is not necessarily the most exciting feature we have seen. It is not really separate from the game itself, and is a free spin feature that is awarded by the spin of the wheel.
