Like the title of the slot suggests, Bank of the Nile is a game inspired by one of the world’s oldest civilizations - the Egyptian Civilization. The game is developed by Realistic Games and comes with five reels featuring twenty paylines. The game comes with special features such as wild and scatter symbols as well as a bonus game.

The game also features a betting range that will allow just about anyone to spin the reels. The wagering limit starts from as low as $0.20 and goes up to $50.

Special Features 

The game features a simple looking reel set situated in a vault. The design elements of the game, the background music and the symbols used all corroborate the theme of the game. The paytable can be grouped into high and low value symbols. The low value symbols of the game are playing card symbols of A, K, Q, J and 10. The more valuable symbols of the game include the lotus flower, a sun-looking ornament, the eye of Horus, an ankh and the game’s logo. The game’s logo is the most valuable of the regular symbols. 

Each time you land a winning combination, you will be rewarded with a prize that is determined by the value of the symbols involved in the combo. Low paying symbols will reward you with anywhere from 0.20x to 4x your bet while the more valuable symbols will reward you with anywhere from 2x to 50x the value of your stake for landing a matching combination of five. At the top of the value grid is the game’s symbol which rewards you with anywhere from 5x to 2000x the value of your stake for landing a matching combo of three, four or five respectively. 

The game also includes a wild and scatter symbol to boost your prospects. The wild symbol of the game is represented by the symbol of a scarab which can replace other regular symbols to help you form winning combinations in the game. 

The scatter symbol of the game is represented by the scroll symbol and is the key to activating the Tomb Bonus Feature. 

The game also includes a special feature known as the Flaming Wilds feature. The feature occurs at random and awards you with a number of wilds that range from two to four.  

Bonus Feature 

Land three or more scatters on the first, third and fifth reels and you will activate the Tomb Bonus feature of the game. Once the feature is activated, you will be transferred to a new screen that features a Pick Bonus game. The Pick Bonus game requires you to pick pots from five tombs. The pots contain a scorpion or a cash reward. If you are lucky to collect all cash prizes you will be awarded with a multiplier that ranges from x2 to x6. Bump into a scorpion and you will find an advance to the next tomb. Run into five scorpions and you will be ushered into the jackpot tomb with six chests. Pick a chest to unveil a cash prize.
