I have succeeded in wagering their signup bonus, so I tried to withdraw they rejected my request for reasons of KYC. I immediately submitted the documents and waited for their reply. There was no reply for a week, so I enquired about it on live chat. The support staff asked me to be patient and that she will forward the documents. I asked her about the documents submitted a week ago. She replied that they don't start the process unless the customer contacts them. Their strange formality of informing the casino to start the verification process after successfully submitting all my KYC documents took a week. Meanwhile, I played and lost my wagered bonus.
