I deposited, selected the 150% welcome bonus and it was not added. So i contacted chat to add it manually. He added the bonus so i had 50 euros to play. The next minute, i had 40 euro on my account for no reason but the wager was the same, based on 30 euros bonus. Not to mention that i deposited 21 euros to be sure to get the bonus and they added 20 and took the 1 euro away... i already have no trust in the casino, a casino having so many bugs in the beginning are usually not trustful.

Again... i deposited 20 euros with paysafecard, they took money from the card but the money is not on my account. The support keeps telling me it is forwarded to the financial team but since Tuesday i have no answer. I gave them the reference number of the transaction, you do not need days to find a transaction. Horrible casino with a lot of troubles every time i try to play there.
