My wife and I are two of the formal complainers of these trashy, ignorant sub-human beings. Someone should most definitely hack these scum bags and take every penny that they acquired through lies, cheating and stealing. I’m glad to finally see this. Mark my words though, if i had to pick one casino that will be like this one within 5 years- it is Mr. O. They would not cash out my wifes withdrawal of a THOUSAND DOLLARS because her elderly mom claimed a measly bonus under the same IP… if that was even the truth. Theres no way of knowing this though because they hounded her on verification for 5 hours before using the IP as a backup excuse when they figured out all of her identification was valid and verified 6 months prior to this. Slot madness did not do shady business to the extreme until a few years later… Mr O is well on its way and id bet a thousand dollars they will burn on the blacklist like slot madness and associates. LCB closed my complaint on Mr. O before even investigating it or allowing me to submit evidence… i doubt they even messaged MR. O because of how fast they closed it. They literally just copy and pasted rules about multiple bonuses claimed under the same IP and were never heard from again… i was fond of being a member here until this because it proves they are just as biased as some of these casinos and whichever casino is bringing in the most traffic and publicity like Mr O is, they will not go against the grain in any circumstance.

Well, good to know that I'm not alone... I'm going to start checking here before trying a new site in the future. I'm still fairly new to this scene and was not in the habit of doing so, but I did have a fairly pleasant experience in chat with one of their support representatives. This led me to believe that withdrawal would be easy, smooth and quick. I was quite pleased by their identity verification provider, HooYu, and the $10 LTC confirmation deposit was equally painless, but I guess that extra $10 was just too much temptation for them. Of course, email auto-response indicates that they may get back to me "due to the high volume of incoming mail." Well, I went from terrible to dislike. At least I’ll have to say I moved one tiny step forward. It says my withdrawal bitcoin withdrawal is approved, but talking to them they said 7 to 10 business days before they even send the payment out I thought bitcoin withdraws were supposed to be faster, so how many days it takes for them to get you approved and then another 7 to 10 business days before they even send it out that is absolutely ridiculous. Slot Madness Casino is actually a fun place to play. Decent customer service the one and only time I had to use them. But, like so many others have stated, the wait time to request a payout and ACTUALLY receive the payout is so rediculously long that it counteracts my desire to ever play here again.

Well, This site has certainly been around a pretty long time as far as I can remember and some players love it while others, like myself don't care for it at all. they will usually have a deposit bonus but not much in the way of a free bonus much any more. Not that I have seen anyway and I look for free bonuses believe you me! LOL!! I have heard of some withdrawal issues relating to them but I know recall what happened and what the resolution may have been either. Good luck!

If the withdraw process was faster, this would be one of my top 5 depositing sites. Managed 4 withdraws in the last few years and have been paid without issues, but the wait was between 6-12 weeks, faster for last winnings to 3 1/2 months for $1400.

I have to agree highly with the warning to this casino. I got some very high no deposit bonuses from them and when I won they never paid out waited 3 months contacted customer service numerous times and then the money just disappeared with no record at all I would advise highly playing at this casino in any of their sister sites.

I played here for the first time 2-3 years ago. I played my first No Deposit Chip, made wagering requirements and started the withdrawal process. I was asked for my Identification, Utility Bill, and Credit Card that I would be using to deposit. I had my documents to them within the day. I received an Email from Slot Madness stating that my payout was approved! I then proceeded to wait for an Email from the payouts department, which I did within 2 days. The Max Cashout on the Free Chip was $50. Within 5 days I received my check! I know this casino has gotten a bad rap, but my experience with them has been a pleasant one!

This casino is known to be a rogue casino under AceRevenu affiliate program. I have no doubt that players should go to other casinos. But, I happen to see some reviews with higher ratings which were written by a member who I know in other online forum. His comments were right in other forums. Judging by the date of his comments, maybe this casino paid out at the early stage, to induce players for the higher deposits. Do avoid this casino.

I like this casino to play at when I need a little change. I signed up with a no deposit bonus a couple of years ago and have since made a handful of deposits. I haven't had the luck to be able to cash out. But after reading some of the comments I'm a little leary about making anymore deposits here. I have played at several of these casinos and I have found that some of the games have looser payouts than others.
