This comment is regarding the Swedish site, which operates under a shared Swedish license. As most other casinos under this license, Rizk suffers from what I call the "Swedish disease". They've made the deposit and withdrawals instant. But so have everybody else. The only rewards offered is the "Wheel of Rizk" at each level up. But that wheel doesn't motivate any larger deposits at their casino. We need more campaigns and rewards. They need to come up with something new to be able to compete on this market. Actually being in the Guts group, Rizk is one of the best casinos out there. They are hyped at some sites like CM, and they deserve credit for their payouts are very fast, they have their own promotions like wheel of Rizk with fun prizes. But actually most of the time the wheel gives 5 free spins or racing points, both of which i never manage to win something from. Although i had problems depositing with skrill from germany, so i had to switch to neteller which normally i dont use. They are good but some things could be better though.

The no deposit bonus and welcome bonus for some countries like Poland is restricted but the rules of Rizk are weirdly put into 2 different dimensions. Had problems with receiving free spins. Talked with support they told me I had already played them when the game was not even offered in Canada.  Support was not very helpful I had chatted and told her if they can no honer there sign up bonus they should close my account. And after chatting I than had said for them to get back to me when they fix the problem.  Support never got back to me. I am unable to sign in now cause my account is blocked. I thought maybe they would want to make there paying players happy but with no response back an my account blocked I am truly unhappy with the way support helped me. Can't believe Rizk and Guts are related, nothing in common at all. I have played here alot but find it impossible to win anything. Rizk being a sister of Guts is of course a huge plus. I sometimes experienced login issues (too long, or required to try again). The wheel has been kind to me, lots of free spins and freebies. I think that I registered there last week or so, when I found that they were giving no deposit for new players.
