Signed up. Couldn't verify email to get the sign up bonus, was told to make a new email and open another chat. I did, my request needed investigating but that I would get an email to my new email address "shortly" few hours have passed and no email in my new email address. And can't click to verify my old email address. It's a mess. Can't be bothered anymore. Have my phone details and verified, didn't get the bonus for that either.
