They took 4-5 months to close my account after around 10 emails asking for self-exclusion. They closed my account the first time I asked and then 6 days later, they offered to reopen with a 150$ cashback. I accepted since I have a gambling problem. Then I kept asking for self exclusion over and over again. 2 months later, closed it again. 6 months after, my account I opened again without my consent with a bonus... So, I spent thousands of dollars while I should have been banned. They don't care about Responsible Gambing policies.

I have tried to play. I play from Thailand. There is a disadvantage: the deposit and withdrawal of this website is very slow. It takes at least 1-2-3 days to withdraw or deposit money. For me, I am not okay. It means that the website has not passed. I deposit money. I deposit immediately. But when I withdraw, I have to wait 1 to 3 days. I think it is very bad.
