Recently I had played into GrandRio Casino after claim their nice welcome bonus which attracted to play me their. They have multi provider software which a player can choose to play his/her favorite game. Wagering requirements 50X for only bonuses is not much requirements where some other casino's requirements are (deposit+bonus=40X to 50X). Live support is always available to assist and professional attitude to help players which impressed me much. I had requested a withdrawal there and received my payment on same day. But despite good first impression my heart is not with this casino and i dont know why.

The site has a nice design, a lot of good games and their withdraw system is very nice and fast. The deposit limit of only 5 euros is very nice also, but the 50 withdraw minimun is a little high in my opinion. Their sign up bonus are just like most of casinos and the loyalty program is a little confusing.

I was so ready to make a deposit here, but after I read comments from my fellows Romanians players, I think I will pass. I like when I play at a casino, to be treated with respect and correctly. I have doubt with withdrawals here so I don`t make any deposits for now. Maybe later if I will hear good things about them.

I didnt create an account here, after i read all comments and all complaints opened by few players who didnt get all their winnings in full. Also i dont like to play or make deposits on Curacao licensed casinos! They are untrustful for me, so pass this rogue casino!!

I have only used the no deposit bonus uith no luck,even if I raised from the winnings after the free spins to 120 euros.The thing that I don't like here is the design and the second thing the withdrawal conditions.

Hi, guys! May be you played and won for non deposit bonus and now blame casino for delays of withdrawals? As far as I know, bonus hunters and scrounges do not get any withdrawals at all. That is in the most of adequate casino. I played myself. my friend played, we all got the winning paid.

I registered there a couple of days ago and somewhere in forum I read an article that they give 5€ free on sign up. When I registered, it showed that the promotion had expired, so I didn't receive anyting. I made a deposit and played for about 30 minutes but I couldn't win anything. So far I think they are average casino, I have read here in the comments and elsewhere not so happy reviews about their withdrawals, so I guess there are better casinos than this one.

I played here ,just because they were offering welcome 5 euros free chip.I liked that they have Netent and Microgaming slots ,so got the bonus right away,played for a while and that was it.I really didnt like that fact i have read about their cashing out time frame,about the winnings from the nodeposit bonus.I have read that once they made mistake even asked the player to return some funds to the casino.What kind of casino is that?? So far i dont think i will deposit here !

This casino is not bad at all. I played here few times and I am very satisfied with this casino. They have nice and big game selection like the most new casinos and on that side I can't complain on anything. Also I like they withdraw system. They pay off their players three days in a week no matter when you ask for withdraw you will wait three days longest and that is only in case that you ask on Friday after they pay players. So I didn't see reason why I shouldn't play here and I am sure that I will.

Don't ever play here. with the no deposit i did 300 euro . further i deposited and exceeded up to 3700 euro. they wont pay me. maybe they behave better to players that have never used nodeposit. but support was very bad and no answeres. only general excuses. deposit to well known trusted casinos. my favorite: casinoeuro. payout when all KYC is done: 2 minutes to neteller

I really do like grandrio, i seen lot of people making withdrawals from a free bonus they offered some weeks ago, really thousand's of people requested a withdrawal without any deposit made, from there free bonus and they all have been paid, took sometimes pretty long but it's free, same for me, from 5 euro free bonus i made a 90 euro withdrawal took 2,5 week but it was in my skrill without making any deposit! so that was perfect work! support always helped me out very friendly, i also made a deposit there because of there good welcome offers, had luck again and then i received my money on skrill within 2 hours, so with a deposit it goes faster! but it's a great casino big scale of games, very professional and friendly to everybody;) good one to try out! i'm sure they will be famous;)

I don't know what to say about this casino. First of all the games are ok, NETENT and MICROGAMING slot games and live casino. And here are my problems with this casino: Got the no deposit bonus with no problems and made approx. 1000 euros from 5 euros bonus. After a long wait (2 weeks) I got only 100 euros from my winnings... Still waiting for the rest! They now are trying to convince me to deposit another 50 euros so I can become a "VIP" player, to make the withdrawals go "faster". The customer support isn't helpful at all or they won't be with me, any questions I have about the withdrawals they tell me that I have to wait or to contact the payments department and they are even more useless. They have a outrages rule regarding "bonus hunting" = "This is one of the case when a player does not intent to play for real money but just plays for bonuses." witch can invalidate your winnings. From the no deposit bonus of 5 euros for new players they created a rule that "Please be informed that the withdrawal of a no deposit bonus is limited to 100 euro per week.". A rule that isn't in the T&C and so one. I have started a Player Complaints thread with this casino where you can read more and I am not the only player with this problems! Perhaps this is my bad luck but I strongly urge you not to deposit at this casino!

The website looks like many rogue casinos do. Cant still judge a them based on that. But when the landing site looks like that it does not bring up very trusting feeling of the casino. 3 days a week only processing withdrawals. All this information combined i wont deposit here before i read some other comments from fellow LBC'ers
