They declined my withdrawal request and my account got banned !! I don't have any idea why they think, that i have multiple accounts or anything else... My KYC was successfully finished and i made a deposit with using the 1st deposit bonus. When i won money in slotgames with my real balance (about nearly 200€) I decided to cancel the 100% and the winnings from the Freespins. For starting to get verified and withdrawal my winnings... After I finished the KYC process successful I was opening a withdrawal request about 165€. 2 days later they declined my request and my account was locked. They aren't answering to my emails, except they are always copy pasting the standard info text from their mail I've got from their system, about the locked account. Reason: Your account is locked. Reason: 3.3 Your account with the Website must be registered in your own and correct name. Only one account per person, per household / address, per phone number / email, and per IP address is allowed. Any other accounts that are opened on the Website will be considered as 'Duplicate Accounts.' You must not attempt to open a Duplicate Account, including by providing false or alternative credentials. 3.4 We reserve the right to cancel bets, reject bonuses of any kind, cancel participation in any promotion, as well as permanently ban any customer from the bonus / promotion program of the Website at our sole and absolute discretion in case you opened Duplicate Account. The Company reserves the right to apply some or all above measures or not apply some of measures against Duplicate Accounts in particular cases at its sole and absolute discretion. They don't tell me any reasons and/or details, about the locked account. I cannot believe they can take my money and ignore any questions i wrote them. I don't get any fair chances to unlock my account.

Mega scammers, as soon as I made a withdrawal, I got banned for a duplicate account that was made by a friend of mine. After I started to get duplicate account messages, I wrote to my friend to stop using the account as well, and I sent an email to their support to cancel the account(that was sent months ago), and I did not get banned but now after I made a bigger withdrawal, this fraudulent company thought that now's the time. Avoid at all cost

liked this casino overall. It has some nice slot games from Betsoft that I'm used to playing. I got my sign up bonus quite fast and the wagering terms seem fair overall. Unfortunately I wasn't able to win anything, so I don't really know how good they are at processing your withdrawals.
