I will reply to you since i cannot reply on your comment... I did not write the comment because you stopped offering me bonuses, i wrote that when you made me wager 5 times when i won 1000 euros and i waited almost 2 days to be paid out. As you can see on my account, i deposited a lot of times without taking a bonus, because i am not a bonus chaser, as you want to pretend. I deposited often like 5 or 6 times in a row without taking bonus, only cashback on the next day, based on all deposits lost. Only sometimes, I doubt so, maybe only when players do win big. You simply did not ask to wager 5x before because i already met the 5x wager before asking withdrawal. Not to mention that you made me wager 5 times ALL my deposits made in the day, normally it should be on the last deposit only. As soon as we lose money from previous deposits, all conditions refering to it should be canceled. You have granted me bonuses, i never said you did not, but none of them were free, all were given because i deposited several times before, and as you said every 2nd deposit we can have a bonus. I was not even thinking about the win-loss rate honestly, like i checked how much i deposited to compare... i guess it was just because i won once 1000 euros and it made the balance. I do not like these 5x the deposit rule and when i play without using a bonus, i want to be able to play all the games i want, even after i win big, without being worried that you will cancel my winnings simply because the game was low volatility or i do not know. I do not feel safe playing on your casino because of that rule and that is it. I still gave you 3, which is still correct by the way...

I change my mark to 3 after my own experience. The casino does not always respect its own terms and conditions. They send emails saying no wager requirement and prone their bonuses have no wager and you can withdraw whenever you want but they made me wager 5x all my deposits simply because i won, and this twice in a row. They also say that their withdrawal takes couple hours 90% of the time, but my past 2 withdrawals took more than a day, i must be in the 10% then. Next to that and this is mostly the reason why i put the mark down, if i deposit without using a bonus, i should not have restrictions and i should not worry what game i play, i should be able to play low, medium or high volatility if i want to and place the bets i want. Also, they say they treat their vips with free spins and gifts but i am a vip there and i never received any bonus for free, only if i deposit. I have always been paid it is true so they have good points too but the ones i mentioned makes me insecure playing on their casino now.
