BEWARE!! I have registered in this casino and claimed the first deposit bonus. Upon proceeding to play the games I was shocked that 99 percent of the games and in all providers, were restricted/ locked from bonus wagering. According to their T&C's, the only restricted games on bonus wagering are table games and all games from "3 Oaks" provider. This casino does not follow their bonus T&C's, advertising falsely and delivering incomplete product. Their chat support gave me a long run around, trying to blame it on VPN issues and games not available in my country which is a lie. Country restriction pop up is different than pop up saying game blocked due to active bonus - they think I am stupid...And I never had such problem anywhere else! Despite them saying they will escalate it further including a refund if not corrected, nobody ever got back to me. I was left with 2400 euro wager on just 108 games out of over 3000 ( many of them with min.bet of 0.50 or 1 euro- surprise, surprise!), that should have been available. Of course I lost, (that was the point)and deleted my account. But at least I will share this terrible experience everywhere I can to make people aware of their crooked ways! Stay well away! You have been warned. I wish I could post here all the screenshots I have as a proof... UPDATE: Casino has publicly apologized, fixed the issue on their end and reinstated my full previous balance including bonus balance to my account. They did the right thing and the dispute between us has been settled.
