Very confusing... Perhaps they recently did away with the $100 no deposit bonus? I saw it and was prompted to create an account, which I did, and the bonus disappeared. Starting off, I won off of the no deposit bonus upon registration. I had issues with communication due to the fact that there was no chat at that time. It took several days to finally receive my winnings, but I got it. Now, I see there is a chat button and that they are advertising "instant cashout". This is a relatively new RTG casino and because of this they have a few kinks to work out. Although they have improved on certain things such as the speed of their withdrawals (they have recently become an instant withdrawal casino whereas they used to be really slow and, quite frankly, unreliable with payouts). They have some good no deposit bonuses regularly added to the account. I met my playthrough and was able to cash out after account verification which took a week or so because of a 72 hour hold before processing but I did get my winnings to my btc wallet within 15 minutes of submitting the request (after the week of waiting to be able to actually submit the withdrawal).
