It won and I managed to get a good balance so decided to cash out but the option wasn't there. I ask support who gave me two options. Withdraw max 50 or deposit and lose it all? No brainer. I said I will withdraw obviously. Then I was told that because my account was 30+ days old I actually can't withdraw at all unless they reset my account and start all over again. No thanks. Closed account. Never again

This is just not really the casino for me. They seem to give you quite the free amount of free play I noticed when I check my emails they always send 20 free play but I imagine you have to deposit for any withdrawal.
